Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team.

This is a commercially driven role with ownership of partner activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with product, marketing, and dealing teams to improve partner performance and scale the partnerships business.

You will play a key role in strengthening our partnerships function by driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding our global partner network, and building high-quality, long-term commercial relationships across IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of IBs and affiliates, with clear accountability for deposits, trading volume, and revenue
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across existing partners
  • Actively manage underperforming partners and re-engage dormant accounts

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Source and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners
  • Own the onboarding journey through to first deposit / first trade
  • Ensure partners are commercially and operationally set up for success

Product & Commercial Understanding

  • Develop a strong understanding of trading products, spreads, execution, and partner economics
  • Guide partners on positioning and growth strategies
  • Provide structured feedback to product teams based on partner needs

Performance & Partner Management

  • Track partner performance across key metrics (FTDs, volume, retention, revenue)
  • Prioritise partners based on commercial impact and growth potential
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and partner data within CRM systems

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing on partner campaigns and initiatives
  • Align with Dealing, Risk, and Finance on partner quality and flow
  • Escalate and resolve partner issues efficiently

Requirements

  • 3 6 years experience in FX/CFD partnerships, IB, or affiliate management
  • Strong understanding of IB models, rebates, spreads, and trading economics
  • Proven track record of growing partner revenue or trading volume
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to manage and prioritise a partner portfolio
  • Comfortable working with performance data and metrics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with affiliate platforms or CRM tools
  • Additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, etc.)
