Roles & Responsibilities
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO function to ensure efficient project delivery across all organizational units
- Develop, execute, and refine project management processes, methodologies, and standards to optimize project outcomes
- Manage project delivery teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to identify potential issues and risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating best practices and lessons learned into project workflows
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders and senior management
- Drive the adoption of standardized project management tools and techniques organization-wide

Desired Candidate Profile
Job Summary/b>
Synechron is seeking a skilled and dedicated PMO (Project Management Office) professional to lead our project coordination efforts. The key purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth delivery of projects through the development, implementation, and management of project management processes, methodologies, and tools. This role is vital in aligning projects with organizational goals, managing stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the organization s ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, thus supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Software Requirements/b>
- Required: Microsoft Project, Jira, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint
- Preferred: Power BI, MS Project Server, VersionOne, Confluence
- Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency, with a strong understanding of project management tools and platforms
