Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all PRO-related activities and government transactions for the company.
Liaise with JAFZA, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, MOHRE, ICP, Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities to obtain approvals, permits, licenses and clearances.
Process and manage employee visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, labor-related documentation and immigration matters.
Coordinate company trade license renewals, amendments, registrations and regulatory submissions.
Obtain and renew NOCs, permits, certificates, and government approvals required for business operations.
Monitor changes in UAE laws, regulations and JAFZA requirements and ensure company compliance.
Maintain strong working relationships with government departments and external stakeholders.
Support internal departments with compliance-related documentation and government procedures.
Ensure timely completion of all government transactions and maintain accurate records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO, Government Relations Officer or similar role.
Mandatory experience working with JAFZA.
Strong hands-on experience dealing with Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, MOHRE, ICP, and other UAE government authorities.
Excellent knowledge of UAE visa, immigration, labor, licensing and regulatory procedures.
Strong network and professional relationships with relevant government entities will be an advantage.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple government-related matters efficiently.
