Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Collect user feedback and analyze performance to drive feature enhancements and new development.

Stay informed on market trends and competitors to keep loyalty programs innovative and valuable.

Optimize existing loyalty features while spotting opportunities for growth and improvement.

Develop and steer the strategic roadmap for loyalty and rewards, aligned with business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

In this role, you will

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, rewards, or engagement.
  • A data-driven mindset to track KPIs and objectives effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experienced in Fintech/ Payment companies is highly preferred.
  • Passion for innovating loyalty in digital finance.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to enhancing customer experience.
