Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a core product position, focused on owning and scaling a cross-border payments ecosystem.
You ll be responsible for building and evolving both internal payment capabilities and external partner integrations, taking products from early-stage development through to global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to launch and optimisation
- Build and scale on/off-ramp capabilities across multiple payment ecosystems
- Develop and expand international payment corridors
- Lead integrations with global payment partners and providers
- Work closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams
- Optimise transaction performance, pricing, FX flows, and liquidity
- Define and track product KPIs, driving continuous improvement
- Support go-to-market strategy and product adoption
Desired Candidate Profile
What We re Looking For:
- 8-10 years experience in Product Management within fintech
- Strong background in cross-border payments / remittance products
- Solid understanding of:
- Payment infrastructure (fiat systems)
- Digital asset rails (on/off-ramp exposure beneficial)
- FX and liquidity dynamics
- Experience working with international payment networks or partners
- Exposure to global markets (e.g. UK, EU, US, APAC)
- Highly execution-focused and comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments
