Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Define features and roadmap based on market gaps, competitor moves, and user needs
QA Leadership: Design test strategies, establish quality standards, and ensure product reliability
Market Intelligence: Monitor CFD market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
Competitive Analysis: Track competitor features, pricing, and positioning; identify differentiation opportunities
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, trading, and support teams to align product with market realities
Desired Candidate Profile
1+ year hands-on CFD experience (trading account, prop firm, or company role)
Proven ability to wear multiple hats (product thinking + QA rigor + analytical mindset)
Strong understanding of CFD products, trading mechanics, and market structure
Experience with competitive analysis and market research
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice-to-Haves
Background in fintech or trading platforms
Experience with test automation or QA frameworks
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FCA, ASIC, etc.)
Product management or business analysis experience
Work Setup
Remote or office based depending on location.
