Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Main Tasks are (but not limited):

  • Present an action plan to accomplish the project in time
  • Set-up the necessary team
  • Present a detailed schedule
  • Provide shop and executive drawing as well as procurement documents
  • Communicate with the client, the consultants and the management
  • Achieve defined goals and deliver high end finishing as expected
  • Monitor the budget and value engineering the work
  • Follow-up with the sub-contractors
  • Make sure that all construction and decoration works are done as specified.
  • Provide solutions for day-to-day problems and challenges
  • Maintain a daily report specifying the progress and the problems faced if any
  • Play a leader role with all personals in site
  • Monitor the safety by presenting protocols
  • Should be familiar with all basic design and management software (AutoCAD, primavera, 3dmax, Vray, Photoshop, office and any related software)


Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should hold a master degree in architecture or in interior design and should have experience in such projects.
