Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the design and construction of a public realm improvement project executed under a Design & Build contract that includes hard and soft landscaping, roads, and utilities infrastructure within a 10km long environmentally sensitive corridor.

The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring that each milestone event is executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience
• Enthusiastic and able to drive projects to completion.
• Flexible ready to take on and overcome new challenges.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Proven ability to perform in a project management role with a strong focus on design and build contracts
• Experience of managing asset delivery through construction, handover and start-up operations
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required
• Skilled in interface management between functional needs for complex assets.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in the design and construction of public realm/ urban regeneration projects, buildings and utilities infrastructure projects
