We specialize in connecting discerning clients with premium residential and commercial properties across Dubai's most sought-after communities. As a Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to Quadspire's reputation for excellence and unparalleled service in the Dubai property market. We offer a competitive commission structure, access to exclusive listings, and a supportive environment designed for your success.
requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.
Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of Dubai's freehold and off-plan property market, including key developments, regulations, and investment opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Excellent client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
RERA certification is highly preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a significant advantage.
Valid UAE driving license and own car.
