Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within a specific industry such as tech or healthcare.
  • Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to optimize hiring processes.
