Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, culture fit, and potential.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and refine processes for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
  • Leverage advanced recruitment technologies and platforms to streamline sourcing and tracking of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, anticipating workforce trends.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to enhance brand awareness and attract diverse talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within a specific industry such as tech or healthcare.
  • Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to optimize hiring processes.
