Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Congo-based positions
Partner with department heads and senior management to define recruitment needs
Actively source candidates through social media platforms (LinkedIn, professional networks, digital sourcing tools)
Develop and manage targeted LinkedIn and online sourcing strategies
Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methodologies
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Coordinate onboarding and mobilization with HR and operations teams
Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and applicable regulations
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 7 years of proven recruitment experience
Strong hands-on experience in social media recruitment, especially LinkedIn sourcing
Proven experience recruiting for international or African markets
Excellent communication, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
