Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and onboard new Elite Business Banking and HNWI clients to grow a robust and profitable portfolio.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique financial goals.
  • Deliver customized banking and investment solutions to enhance portfolio value and client loyalty.
  • Develop retention strategies for high-value clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and service targets through strategic relationship management.
  • Drive revenue generation by focusing on low-cost transactional money and other income streams.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across the bank s full suite of products and services.
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with business banking activities.
  • Coordinate with service and back-office teams to meet client expectations and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Handle SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within defined turnaround times.
  • Gather market insights to support product development and enhance customer offerings.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent for Expats and Higher Degree Diploma or equivalent qualifications for Nationals (MBA preferred)

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, or Customer Service, preferably in a similar role managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWI)

  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business clients.
  • Skilled in interpreting financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to deliver actionable insights, solve problems, and support business growth and risk mitigation.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices, ensuring full compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions
  • Well-versed in banking products and services with a keen awareness of market dynamics, enabling effective cross-selling and strategic client portfolio management
