Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs thoroughly and ensure their expectations are met through customized solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in relationship management or client services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client retention goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically in complex situations.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
