Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Presentations and Communication: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to enterprise clients, effectively translating complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable business solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Google Workspace, general mailing platforms, and cybersecurity tools to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge:
    • Possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, and vulnerability assessment tools.
    • Provide insights on best practices in cybersecurity and consult clients on security measures to ensure safe and compliant technology implementations.
  • Networking Knowledge: Leverage strong networking expertise to support technical discussions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of solutions into client environments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales executives, product teams, and R&D to customize solutions, address client feedback, and support the sales cycle.
  • Problem-Solving: Assess customer challenges, identify needs, and develop innovative solutions to meet sales objectives and exceed client expectations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and presentations using productivity tools like Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales engineering or similar role, with a proven track record of success in selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Azure and Google Workspace for creating presentations, proposals, and reports.
    • Strong understanding of networking concepts, email gateways, mailing platforms, computing infrastructure and cybersecurity tools.
    • Familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape, including best practices in cyberspace and knowledge of compliance standards.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technologies, products, and cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment and adapt to changing client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile
