Regional Senior Sales Executive Corporate Banking Solutions (Dubai)

We are hiring for one of the world s top FinTech innovators, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across the GCC with next-gen digital banking platforms. This strategic sales role is focused on selling Corporate Banking Solutions, with strong preference for candidates who have experience or exposure to Digital Lending, Loan Origination, or Credit Platforms.

Key Role Information:
  • Location: Dubai, UAE

  • Coverage: GCC Market

  • Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory

  • Type: Individual Contributor

  • Client: Global FinTech Leader

What You ll Do:
  • Own the full sales cycle for Corporate Banking Software, from prospecting to closing strategic deals

  • Engage C-level stakeholders in regional banks, identifying their challenges and delivering tailored solutions

  • Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Drive growth across a combination of new business and key account expansion

Your Profile:
  • 5 10 years of enterprise sales experience in FinTech / Banking / SaaS

  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, or Lending Systems

  • Existing client relationships in Tier 1/Tier 2 Banks across GCC

  • Fluent Arabic and English speaker (must-have)

  • Experience selling solutions from any of the following:
