Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1-Customer Engagement Excellence:

  • Greet customers warmly, understanding their needs to provide a personalized shopping experience.

2-Sales Operations Proficiency:

  • Assist with customer inquiries, handle transactions, and contribute to opening/closing procedures.

3-Customer and Team Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

4-Inventory and Merchandising Support:

  • Collaborate on inventory management, pricing, and stock placement to achieve sales targets.

5-Store Presentation and Housekeeping:

  • Contribute to a neat, clean, and safe shopping environment through merchandise arrangement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Prior role as a Sales Executive in retail stores is essential.
  • Expertise in Store and Sales Metrics: Demonstrated strong understanding of store and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Sales Proficiency: Exhibit a track record of successful sales techniques, showcasing the ability to drive results.
  • Professional Appearance: Presentable and good-looking appearance to represent our brand with a polished image.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the added advantage of proficiency in Arabic or Russian.
