Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the forex and CFD sectors.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team across multiple regions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure an exceptional client journey.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the company ahead of the curve.

  • Deliver regular performance reports and pipeline updates to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the forex, CFD, or online trading industry.

  • Solid understanding of forex trading platforms, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and achieve aggressive targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong network within the forex industry, including IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients.

  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
