Job Title
Senior Sales Manager Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha Dubai, UAEbr>
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify and secure new business in corporate, leisure, and group/MICE segments.
- Conduct site visits, client entertainment activities, and proactive sales calls.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure alignment with Holiday Inn brand standards and guest satisfaction objectives.
Skills Set
- Business development and key account management.
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Negotiation and contract closing.
- MICE and corporate sales expertise.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven track record in hotel sales management, preferably with international brands.
Familiarity with IHG systems and standards is an advantage.
Currently based in the UAE with a strong market network.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
Strong commercial acumen and a passion for hospitality sales.
