1. Formulating techniques for effective Product Backlog Management through removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance.
2. Ensuring that the Product Owner has clarity on arranging the product backlog to yield maximized value
3. Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts and ensure that the development team is working effectively through conducting regular reviews
4. Participate in planning Scrum implementations within the organization and facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
5. Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood through helping employees and stakeholders understand and implement Scrum practices
6. Support the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain while acting as a change agent that increases the productivity of the team
7. Monitor & report the project progress in addition to resolving project conflicts for a smooth operating environment and avoid delays in the project timelines
8. Ensure proper issue resolution actions are taken, and relevant escalations are being done whenever required
