Senior Software Engineer - Pega (CLSA)

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based applications, focusing on real-time interaction management.

Architect and deliver solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance digital solutions.

Apply best practices in Pega application design, case management, and system integration.

Drive technical discussions and provide guidance on architecture and design decisions.

Work within Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, development, and delivery.

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to DevOps practices.

Support and mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including 2+ years as LSA
• Solid understanding of Pega application architecture, design patterns, and case management
• Experience in real-time interaction management frameworks
• Strong knowledge of integration capabilities (APIs, services, messaging systems)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with Node.js is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to digital banking / fintech environments
• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
