Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Fabricate Hvac grills and diffusers according to design drawings and specifications
  • Cut, bend, assemble, and finish material using hand tools and power tools and fabrication machines
  • Ensure correct dimensions, material thickness and finish quality
  • lead and coordinate a team of aluminum fabricators and helper
  • Ensure fabrication matches technical drawings, dimensions and project specifications
  • Inspect finished aluminum components for accuracy, alignment, surface finish and structural integrity
  • Coordinate with project manager, engineer and installation teams
  • Maintain records of material usage, production progress and labor hours
  • Report production issues, delays and resource requirements to production manger

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze production processes and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
