What will your day look like?


- Source, attract and engage top talent through various recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, social media, job boards, university career centers etc.

- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

- Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.

- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.

- Support onboarding processes for new hires.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.

- Conduct reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and work history.


You are the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist we are looking for if you have:


- BS degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
