As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you ll serve as a subject-matter expert in hiring Engineering, Product, and Data roles across the organization. This role requires a strong ability to identify top talent, build robust pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
In addition to core hiring responsibilities, the role will contribute to side projects that enhance employer branding, employee engagement, and the onboarding experience.
What You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Data roles, with additional support for other supporting functions.
- Act as the recruitment subject-matter expert, guiding hiring managers on role scoping, competencies, interview structure, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruitment tools.
- Conduct detailed screening calls to assess technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, ensuring smooth scheduling, candidate experience, and timely communication.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating talent-focused content and collaborating with Marketing on campaigns that highlight the company s culture.
- Contribute to employee engagement through organizing activities, events, and sharing insights gathered from candidates and new hires.
- Enhance the onboarding experience by coordinating with managers, improving onboarding materials, and ensuring smooth integration for new joiners.
Desired Candidate Profile
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
- Proven success in hiring for engineering, product, and data functions.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, ATS tools, job platforms, and networks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with employer branding or people-related projects is a strong plus.
