Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical healthcare roles.
  • Candidate Screening & Selection:
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Support the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Experience in Healthcare is a must
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
