Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Technical Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across complex and high-impact technical roles
  • Design scalable hiring strategies for both high-volume and niche searches
  • Partner closely with clients, hiring managers, and leadership teams to advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
  • Own pipeline health and ensure consistent delivery against SLAs

Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Build sustainable talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evolving skill demands
  • Provide competitive hiring insights and advisory support

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters and recruitment partners
  • Support onboarding and skill development of new team members
  • Conduct CV reviews, calibration sessions, and interview quality checks
  • Elevate sourcing standards and recruitment best practices across the team

Performance & Process Optimization

  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, conversion ratios, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health
  • Improve workflows and recruitment processes using ATS tools and automation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage expectations, handle escalations, and resolve hiring challenges proactively
  • Ensure exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 4+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in high-volume and niche technical hiring
  • Prior experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, data, DevOps, AI, ERP, cybersecurity, and IT roles
  • Experience working in agency or consulting environments is highly preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and advanced Boolean search skills
  • Experience using ATS platforms (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)
  • Highly tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, and recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
