Roles & Responsibilities

I was appointed as a training manager in Lulu Group in the kingdom of Bahrain. My roles and responsibility is to guide and lead the training team and the staff from the hypermarket to run the training program with regard to soft skills and other relevant areas. I conducted the training session for all the employees from the regional office and shop level.

Desired Candidate Profile

I have 10.5 years of experience in Learning and development department with few of the certification I acquired during my journey in Lulu group in Oman and Bahrain.
