Own complex trip requests across flights, visas, and holidays. Deliver outstanding service and consistently hit sales targets. This senior role focuses on expert consulting, high conversion, and smooth post booking support. You will be the go to person for tricky itineraries and will guide junior consultants informally when needed. Handle potential inquiries in a hybrid workflow (powered by AI) for flights visas and holidays from quote to ticketing and follow up. Build accurate itineraries and issue reservations in GDS with zero errors. Convert leads from website and social channels and drive strong repeat business. Manage escalations and VIP cases with timely high quality resolution. Keep CRM and GDS records complete and up to date. Address the solutions for the queries and maintain the tone of voice of the brand. Share best practices and assist with onboarding of new team members when required.
