Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily service operations, ensuring that team members deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to company standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-8 yrs experience in handling Heavy commercial vehicles.
- Sound technical knowledge on heavy commercial vehicles
- Should have Experience as foreman/team lead / leading a team of technicians
- European product experience is an advantage
- Should be able to use business communications and ERP software
