Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily service operations, ensuring that team members deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to company standards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-8 yrs experience in handling Heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Sound technical knowledge on heavy commercial vehicles
  • Should have Experience as foreman/team lead / leading a team of technicians
  • European product experience is an advantage
  • Should be able to use business communications and ERP software
