Servicenow Developer No disclo

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design,

development, and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The candidate

should possess strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB,

and HRSD modules.

• Lead platform customization, integrations, and automation initiatives.

• Develop complex workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and

IntegrationHub.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.

• Ensure platform performance, security, and governance compliance.

• Support release management, deployments, and production issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.

• Expertise in JavaScript, Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs.

• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, and Asset Management.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred:

• CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or other ServiceNow certifications.

• Experience leading offshore/onshore teams.
