Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service

Delivery (HRSD) Suite.

• Configure and enhance HR Case Management and Knowledge Management

to improve HR service delivery efficiency.

• Develop and maintain the Employee Service Center (ESC) components and ensure

a seamless employee self-service experience.

• Implement and customize Lifecycle Events, including onboarding, offboarding,

employee transitions, and role changes.

• Develop and manage Employee Document Management solutions within the

ServiceNow platform.

• Build and maintain HR integrations with external HR systems and the enterprise

platforms.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow Service Portal components to support HR

service delivery use cases.

• Implement automation using Flow Designer and Workflows to streamline HR

processes and reduce manual effort.

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI

Actions to support custom functionality.

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business analysts to gather

requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and

platform governance guidelines.

• Support testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.

• Provide technical documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge

transfer to internal teams.

  Required Experience

  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow

  development.

  • Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

  solutions.

  • Strong experience developing custom scripts and automations within the

  ServiceNow platform.

  • Experience designing employee-centric self-service portals using Service

  Portal.

  • Experience implementing HR lifecycle workflows and case management

  solutions.

  • Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes and best practices.

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (CISHR)

  • Experience working in enterprise HR digital transformation projects

  • Exposure to REST/SOAP integrations or IntegrationHub
