Collect control form, staff expenses, stock taking, souk out of stock form from our counter.
Implementation of the new procedures (Hygiene, planogram, new products, price board, promotion, material)
Daily store visits
Follow up of the LPO done by the souk.
Daily communication with supervisor and section manager of our client
Make sure that the promotion of the week is implemented.
Daily follow up of the staff (transfer between stores, staff scheduling etc )
Ensure proper implementation of hygine procedures
Stock follow up (warehouse + counter)
Stock taking once per month.
Market survey twice per month,
Staff training to every visit.
Implement the instruction from the Key Account Manager
Collect the sales report and invoice from our client.
