Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site works including subcontractors and daily activities.
Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Take ownership of site activities from execution to completion and handover.
Carry out daily inspections and report to Project Manager.
Monitor and control material delivery, storage, and release.
Ensure materials received meet required quality and quantity.
Strong knowledge of false ceiling systems, gypsum partitions, and internal & external painting systems.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
UAE Driving License.
Good communication skills in English.
Immediate joiners preferred.
