Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of fit-out works, resolving any conflicts or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets the required standards, proactively identifying and rectifying defects.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site progress reports, including daily logs, photographs, and records of materials used and labor deployed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA, and LEED, demonstrating a commitment to safety and sustainability.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, specializing in fit-out projects.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
