Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
We are looking for a Site Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out projects to supervise site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workmanship
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with design team, MEP engineers, subcontractors
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety
Prepare daily reports and site records , work permits , manpower access permits
Coordinate inspections with consultants, mall management, authorities
Review shop drawings and material submittals
Ensure compliance with HSE standards
Assist in snagging, testing, and handover
Retail / Commercial Fit-Out Experience Required
Prepare Interior BOQ with full details & specification
Prepare architectural drawings & details for site execution
Strong communication with client representative and properties engineering team
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
5–8 years experience in interior fit-out projects
Strong site execution knowledge (gypsum, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination)
Ability to interpret architectural & MEP drawings
Experience with mall & properties regulations & fit-out projects is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
UPDA certification (if available) is an advantage
Preferred
Qatar site experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Driving license in Qatar
