Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Site Engineer who is responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out works at site. The roles ensures that all works are completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety rules, and project timelines with out any delays.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior fit-out activities such as gypsum, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, joinery, and finishing works.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labor on site.
Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with design, MEP, and quantity survey teams for smooth workflow.
Identify drawing issues or site problems and report for clarification.
Ensure all work meets required quality standards and project specifications.
Maintain proper finishing standards as per interior fit-out requirements.
Request materials as per project schedule.
Check delivery of materials and ensure correct quantity and quality.
Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to avoid material delays.
Ensure safety rules and site safety procedures are always followed.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and inspectors during site visits.
Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-related issues.
Ensure client comments are implemented correctly and on time.
Support the Project Manager in preparing work schedules and daily plans.
Assist in handing over completed works.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Good knowledge of interior works, materials, and finishes.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills
