Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site construction activities.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
Ensure proper use of materials and equipment on site.
Maintain quality control and compliance with project standards.
Assist in resolving technical issues on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years Dubai construction experience.
Good knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination.
Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
