Site Engineering Supervisor

Manage and control all daily construction activities on site, including structural, architectural, and MEP works, in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule. Supervise and coordinate site engineers, surveyors, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring proper task allocation, work sequencing, and smooth execution of works. Oversee structural construction activities and ensure works are executed as per approved designs, quality standards, and inspection requirements. Monitor site progress, productivity, and manpower performance, and take corrective actions to maintain planned timelines and efficiency. Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, MEP, QA/QC, Planning, and HSE teams to resolve site issues and ensure integrated execution of works. Ensure construction works comply with approved quality and safety standards, support inspections, and address non-conformances promptly. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources. Prepare and submit regular site progress reports and update the Project Manager on progress, risks, and site issues. Maintain effective communication between site execution teams and project management to ensure coordinated project delivery.
