Roles & Responsibilities


  • Civil & Structural: Supervise masonry, plastering, and basic structural works to ensure they are level and plumb.

  • Bathroom & Wet Areas: Oversee waterproofing, high-end tiling, and the installation of sanitary ware/plumbing fixtures.

  • Joinery & Woodwork: Manage the installation of wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, doors, and vanity units. Ensure all gaps are filled and alignments are perfect.

  • Labor Management: Lead and motivate the site team using Hindi. You must be able to explain technical tasks clearly to avoid mistakes.

  • Drawing Reading: Read and follow both Civil Drawings and Interior/Joinery Shop Drawings.

  • Quality Control: Conduct "Snagging" (checking for defects) at every stage to ensure the project meets Dubai’s high standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of on-site experience in the UAE construction industry.

  2. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction sequences and "best practices" for civil works, bathroom works, joineries and architectural finishes.

  3. Communication: Must be fluent in Hindi (to manage labor) and have enough English to communicate with management and consultants.

  4. Problem Solver: Ability to fix site errors quickly and manage labor disputes or bottlenecks effectively.
