Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget constraints, driving efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee workmanship meets specified standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, providing clear instructions, resolving conflicts, and monitoring their performance against agreed-upon scopes of work.
- Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, conducting safety briefings, and promptly addressing any potential hazards to prevent accidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of construction principles.
Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 or equivalent, showcasing commitment to safety protocols.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
