Site Supervisor Emirates Industrial Panel

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Assist Project Engineers in executing project plans and activities.
• Report daily progress and maintain accurate records of work done.
• Prepare and manage daily timesheets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and safety compliance.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to site.
• Maintain site documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
• Arrange baseline project plans for review by Project Engineer.
• Provide emergency first aid when necessary.
• Uphold company standards and objectives in all site dealings.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Engineer or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or site management role.
