Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all joinery works on-site, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications, including managing joinery subcontractors.
- Conduct daily site inspections, meticulously checking joinery installations against approved drawings, and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Coordinate joinery activities with other trades, proactively managing potential clashes and ensuring seamless project flow.
- Manage joinery material deliveries, storage, and usage, minimizing waste and ensuring materials are readily available when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
- Possess a valid Site Supervisor Certification or equivalent, showcasing your commitment to site management best practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site supervision, with a strong focus on joinery projects.
- Demonstrated experience in high-end residential or commercial joinery projects is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to handle complex joinery.
