Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking an innovative and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, a passion for aviation, and a deep understanding of the luxury travel market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company s objectives and target audience.
  2. Manage and maintain the company s presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  3. Create engaging and shareable content, including images, videos, and text, that resonates with the luxury travel market and showcases the JetFinder brand.
  4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, inform strategy adjustments, and improve overall performance.
  5. Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive brand image, and addressing customer concerns.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a fresh and relevant social media presence.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  8. Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  9. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and timely promotion of company events and news.
  10. Assist in other digital marketing initiatives as needed, such as email marketing, blog content, or influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the aviation or luxury travel industry.
  2. Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  4. Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  5. Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices.
  6. Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. A bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  9. Experience with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software, is an asset.
