Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Eventifia is a multilingual event management platform (9 languages, weddings to corporate events). We're looking for a Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to own our online presence and drive user acquisition.
What you'll do:
- Execute our LinkedIn organic + paid campaigns (founder posts, video ads, lead gen forms, retargeting)
- Build our presence across Reddit, Product Hunt, Slack communities, review platforms, and industry blogs
- Create and schedule content (3-4 posts/week across channels)
- Engage authentically in event planning communities value first, promote second
- Track KPIs: sign-ups, engagement rates, CAC, and channel attribution
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years in social media marketing or growth marketing (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Strong English copywriting skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Ads Manager and analytics tools
- Community-first mindset you know the difference between engagement and spam
- Bonus: Arabic or French language skills
