Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for all platforms
  • Create high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, product promos, and daily content
  • Edit videos, reels, and images using professional tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Manage and grow company presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Prepare professional, brand-aligned posts for LinkedIn, including company updates, achievements, product highlights, and business announcements
  • Conduct product and lifestyle photo/video shoots
  • Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand voice
  • Track performance and prepare analytics reports for each platform
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Digital Content Creator
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (shooting + post-production)
  • Advanced proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut, CapCut)
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn content style and professional communication
  • Portfolio of previous work is mandatory
