Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies that align with brand objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and voice in every post.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve in social media innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and promotions across all channels.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to streamline posting schedules, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions, enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
