Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning Develop and execute monthly social media content strategies Align social media goals with brand, marketing & sales objectives Identify trends, content formats, and platform opportunities Content Creation & Management Plan, write, and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging Platform Management Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and highlights Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with the audience Handle community management and basic customer queries Performance & Analytics Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Optimize content based on insights and analytics Campaigns & Ads Support social media campaigns and launches Coordinate with performance marketing / ads team Assist in lead-generation and promotional activities Brand Reputation & Compliance Maintain brand voice and online reputation Ensure content complies with platform and industry guidelines Handle negative feedback professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
Work closely with sales, marketing, and branding teams Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships Assist in event coverage and live posting when required Basic graphic & video editing knowledge Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools) Understanding of trends, reels, and short-form video formats
