Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Twitter (X), Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Develop and publish consistent, high-quality content in line with the brand’s identity and objectives.

  • Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and community engagement.

  • Scrape, analyse, and interpret social media and market data to inform content strategies.

  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness.

  • Ensure all online communication is accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
