We are a fast-growing jet ski rental company based in Abu Dhabi looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our entire digital presence. If you are passionate about content creation, performance marketing, and building powerful brand strategies — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

� Social Media Management:

• Fully manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.)

• Create and execute monthly content calendars

• Develop and implement social media growth strategies

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally

• Build community engagement and increase followers organically

• Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize performance

• Stay updated with trends and apply viral content ideas

� Content Creation (Photo & Video):

• Shoot high-quality photos and videos of jet ski experiences, customers, and lifestyle content

• Create engaging reels, TikToks, and promotional videos

• Edit and produce professional content optimized for each platform

• Capture daily activities, offers, and special events

• Work with drone footage (if available)

� Paid Ads & Digital Marketing:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns

• Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

• Handle ad budgets and improve ROI

• Run lead generation and booking campaigns

• Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization

� Strategy & Growth:

• Develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns

• Build brand positioning in Abu Dhabi’s tourism market

• Identify opportunities for collaborations and influencer partnerships

• Focus on increasing bookings and brand awareness
