Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all soft services operations to ensure high-quality service delivery

    • Supervise cleaning, landscaping, and other soft services activities, ensuring high cleanliness and presentation standards

    • Develop and implement service quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives

    • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs to optimize cost and service quality

    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and service standards

    • Coordinate with internal departments to align soft services with overall facility management objectives

    • Prepare and manage soft services budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality

    • Lead, mentor, and manage soft services teams, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

    • Handle service requests and client complaints promptly to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

    • Implement sustainability initiatives and best practices to support environmental objectives

    • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance service delivery

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

    • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely resolution of concerns

Desired Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a Soft Services Manager for BMCO, one of our iconic projects. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and candidates must have proven Facilities Management experience. Experience working with iconic/reputable companies is highly desirable.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

    • BICSc certificate (required)

    • Minimum 8–10 years of GCC (Gulf) experience

    • Facilities Management experience (mandatory)

    • Fluent in English

    • Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama

    • Mobilization required within 30 days

    • Age below 40 years

    Working Hours:

    • 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

    • 6 working days per week

    Salary Package:

    • SAR 10,000 – 14,000, depending on experience and interview performance
