Position : Soft Services Manager.

Education :

• Certification in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Housekeeping is preferred.
• Professional training in soft services management, health & hygiene standards.
• HSE awareness or related safety certification is desirable.
• UAE driving license is beneficial.

Experience :

• Minimum 5 7 years of experience in soft services or facilities management, with at least 2 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing soft services operations within corporate or engineering office environments, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in managing service providers, contracts, & in-house teams.
• Demonstrated experience in operational planning, service optimization, & stakeholder management.
